Resumen
This project tracks a creative musical process that focused on the transcription, analysis, adaptation and musical production of an SP that includes new versions of two themes by the prolific director, arranger and composer Edmundo Dante Arias Valencia, musician born in the Valle del Cauca department, contemporary to Pacho Galán and Lucho Bermúdez and at the same musical level, although less recognized than them. The SP includes a version of the bolero "Evocación", in which the genres bachata and reggae play an important role, and cumbia "Güepa Je", intervened with elements of the electronic dance music. The dissertation was presented in the modality of creation or interpretation, and it combined the creativity, experiences and knowledge of six musicians who, in order to account for the creative experience, chose the Systematization of Experiences as a methodological route. The systematization allowed the group to follow in an orderly way the collective musical actions that were necessary to reach the realization of the versions and the final musical production. The people who were part of the process participated actively in it, performing a critical interpretation of their musical, interpretative, arranging and technical experiences. This process also made possible the group appropriation of the constructed learnings and knowledges. The systematization was organized in various steps: the orderly reconstruction of the creative experience, the analysis and critical interpretation of the experience, the realization of transformative proposals, the learning documentation, the elaboration and delivery of a report, and the socialization of the project.
