La estructuración de la paz en Colombia : cambios y continuidades de lo político y lo social 2012-2019

Abstract

This text carried out an investigation whose purpose was to analyze how the process of structuring the hybrid political regime, civil society and democratization occurred in Colombia, in the historical-temporal period 2012-2019 and how the Havana Peace Accords, signed with the FARC, in their early implementation (2016-2019), did or did not affect said structuring. An explanatory-documentary study was carried out, complemented with an integration of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The former from the perspective of descriptive statistics and the latter from a qualitative content analysis, accompanied by some interviews. The results indicate that the Havana Peace Accords did not have an important impact on the structuring of the hybrid political regime and civil society, only democratization presented some significant change. Therefore, there were more continuities than changes in the political and social structuring process in Colombia, in the 2012-2019 time period.
