Abstract

The idea of a mobile application emerges as an idea of real solution, after evolving in the goals of the same, they manage to set some objectives and a research methodology that allows to know and analyze the opinions and evaluations of the users at the time of make recharge of balance through the tu-llave cards of the massive transport system transmilenio in the city of Bogotá DC; pursuing the same end of knowledge a virtual survey was carried out through the social network facebook, where diferent expectations were expressed, in which most of it was a positive response. Jhasp Travel provides information to users so they can make the purchase of tickets (recharge the virtual card) through a credit card and make the payment of the ticket at each of the stations in the transmilenio mass transit system.
