| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Decreto Número 40 de 1896 el cual es adicional y reformatorio del marcado con el número 9 de 1891, por el cual se reglamenta la Gallera de la ciudad. Por tanto en uso de sus facultades legales el Alcalde de la ciudad decreta: Artículo único: Prohíbase el cambio de careadores, es decir que el careador que empieza debe continuar hasta que se decida la pelea. Si ocurriere algún accidente que lo imposibilite materialmente para continuar careando, el Juez queda facultado para nombrar quien lo reemplace, escogiendo de entre cuatro individuos presentes, que no estén impedidos para ejercer el cargo, designados por la parte contraria. Queda en estos términos reformado y adicionado el artículo 33 del mencionado Decreto. Therefore in use of his legal faculties the Mayor of the city decrees: Only article: Prohibit the change of careadores, that is to say that careador that begins must continue until the fight is decided.
