| dc.description | La imagen contiene una historia sobre los comunicados en los que el Departamento de Tributación del Condado de Cundinamarca publicó un anuncio en el que identifica a los ciudadanos que enfrentan obligaciones fiscales vencidas. Estos individuos tienen la obligación de hacer frente a dichas deudas, y si no lo hacen, las autoridades tomarán las medidas necesarias. Los nombres de los ciudadanos deudores fueron publicados en un periódico oficial, así como la cantidad adeudada. En su anuncio, el Departamento de Tributación notificó a los ciudadanos mencionados en la lista que están en deuda con el Departamento por impuestos pendientes, incumpliendo el artículo 1095 del Código Judicial. Por lo tanto, el Departamento de Tributación tomará medidas legales para cobrar la deuda. Este anuncio es válido debido a la Ordenanza 39 de 1896 y los términos establecidos en los artículos 1 y 2. Las personas mencionadas en el anuncio tienen la opción de pagar las deudas pendientes, así como los costos legales y los intereses, o nombrar depositarios y evaluadores para embargar sus bienes si no pueden pagar inmediatamente. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains a story about the communications in which the Cundinamarca County Tax Department published an announcement identifying citizens facing overdue tax obligations.
