Resumen
The objective of this research is generate a soil quality index wich compares the effect of semi-organic and conventional systems. The construction was based on biometrics indicators applied to nearby plants to harvest, physical, chemical and biological indicators were also considered. They were evaluated through linear regression and principal component analysis, then the weight of each indicator was calculated and also the response curves were established, setting a Minimum Data Set (CMD); which is part: percentage of sand, water depth, pH, N, percentage of organic carbon, K, conservation of biodiversity and microbial respiration. This index was validated in cultivated areas with Dominico Harton bananas on farms located in the same taxonomic unit in Anolaima, Cundinamarca. The results indicate that farms where performs semi-ecological practices have better soil quality than those whose use is conventional.
