Documentación del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo en Direcciones y Repuestos las RRR S.A.S, Bajo los lineamientos de la Norma ISO 45001:2018

Abstract

The present proposal of documentation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) designed for the company “Direcciones y Repuestos Las RRR S.A.S”, an auto parts distributor in the center of Bogotá, which aims to comply with the requirements established by the ISO 45001: 2018 standard, which serves as a guide for the company to carry out the implementation of the SG-SST. Initially a diagnosis is made to the company where the level of compliance with the requirements of the standard is verified, to the extent that it is currently established, which results in the development of the missing documentation to be able to comply fully with the stipulations of the law, or likewise improving it. Therefore, the proposal of the main documentation necessary for the implementation of SG-SST is made according to the characteristic of the company's processes, where the requirements are identified with what each process must comply with when implementing. All this information is found in the document as attachments. Finally, this proposal is presented to the executives of the company, making it clear that the implementation of the SG-SST should not be done to comply with the requirements of law, but because it became the fundamental factor for the welfare of primary employees , being the most important pillar for the company.
