Abstract

In the company INECOM S.A. where three of the five production lines are related to the manufacturing process of plastic products; According to the available reports of work accidents and absenteeism rates, it is necessary to implement a Safety and Health Management System at work. Therefore, this work, from a diagnostic phase that takes as reference the requirements of a system like the one required, of Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 1111 of 2017 and in turn evaluation of options to integrate with the system of existing quality management; It culminates with the design of the fundamental guidelines and initiates the implementation phase of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as a result.
