Planeación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo para Crearplast S.A.S

Abstract

CREARPLAST S.A.S is a micro-manufacturing company, manufacturer and marketer of products for food handling and merchandise packaging such as vinyl (stretch film), osmotic vinyl, stretch film, aluminized bag, waxed paper, and greaseproof paper, which, being located and registered In Colombian territory, it must embrace and respect the legislation established by the Colombian Government in matters of occupational health and safety with the structuring of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that prevents the presence of damage to health and ensures that worker safety. The planning of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System was developed based on Resolution 0312 of 2019, which requires minimum compliance requirements in terms of occupational health and safety, applying the continuous improvement method or PHVA cycle, initially it was carried out The study of the sociodemographic profile together with the initial evaluation of the system to know its status, subsequently the identification of hazards and risk assessment were developed with the 2012 Colombian Technical Guide GTC-45 which highlighted the critical risks, for the which structured programs of: signaling, training and medical evaluations.
