dc.description	La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la Circular del Ministerio de Estado en el Departamento de la Guerra de la República de Colombia, fechada el 14 de mayo de 1830, dirigida a los prefectos, comandantes generales y demás autoridades encargadas de su cumplimiento. En respuesta a las dificultades financieras del erario nacional y con el objetivo de conciliar la subsistencia de los generales, jefes, oficiales y soldados del ejército y la marina, el Gobierno ha decidido asignar raciones diarias en lugar de sueldos completos, ajustadas según el rango militar.
