Abstract

It explores the theme of "Ways of knowing, ways of learning, diversity, and school," emphasizing that education should not be homogeneous but rather recognize the multicultural nature of Colombia and Latin America. The program pays tribute to the recently deceased Uruguayan writer Eduardo Galeano and reflects on his critical view of Latin America, as well as the importance of memory, diversity, and individual thinking. Participants, including students from the Instituto Tecnológico del Sur, discuss how learning is not limited to school but also occurs through daily life, experience, travel, and the recognition of diverse knowledge: technical, magical, and mythical. The program features musical segments and reflections on culture, mestizaje, and the concept of being "subjects of history." The "Recognizing Bogotá" collective from the Universidad Mayor de Cundinamarca contributes a segment on the city's various artistic and sports training centers, highlighting the importance of these spaces for personal and family development. The program concludes with a reflection on life as a constant learning process.
