Abstract

The following work presents the extraction, modification and comparison of essential oil of Eucalyptus globulus labill and the essential oil modified with extract of coronopus didymus, the essential oil was extracted by means of steam distillation, the extract of coronopus didymus by extraction of liquid solids and the inhibitory potential of the catalytic activity of pancreatic lipase is evaluated by the vegetable and synthetic secondary metabolites (modified), the modifications to the chemical structures of said metabolites using the methodology proposed by Click Chemistry, obtaining a % yield of 1.38, for the extraction of Eucalyptus essential oil, the inhibition test of the pancreatic lipase enzyme its possible inhibitory activity increased with respect to the original sample of the essential oil of Eucalyptus, although it did not reach the Orlistat drug levels that It is used as a positive control.
