This degree work is based on the solution of a problem identified by the Management of the Military Industry Workers Cooperative, given that they do not have a quality management system that allows identifying the different inputs, outputs and interactions of the production processes. the company, which generated disorder at the time of providing the services of contributions, savings, credit, solidarity aid provided by the cooperative, reflecting this situation in the constant situations of non-conformity of the associates, to carry out the project a Diagnosis of the company against the ISO 9001-2015 norm, a norm that manages a standard in order to obtain the benefits of the capacity to periodically provide products and services that satisfy the client's requirements and the corresponding legal and regulatory ones, after this We proceed to carry out a research work of the different process models for a multi-acti cooperative goes to savings and credit, once the model is available, interviews are conducted with each of the process leaders, in order to validate if the model is adjusted to the real functioning and operation of the cooperative, hand in hand with Each process leader identifies objectives, resources, activities, inputs and outputs of each of the processes, which are documents and reviewed by each of the levels of the cooperative in order to establish the organizational context of the cooperative.
