Abstract

The project consists in the determination of the viability of an experimental mixture for the partial or total replacement of coarse aggregate of stone origin, from the use of construction and demolition waste (hereinafter RCD), generated in the Treatment Center, use and Disposal of Construction and Demolition Waste (RCD) of the company RECICLADOS INDUSTRIALES DE COLOMBIA SAS in the city of Bogotá D.C. Where the selection of the coarse aggregate product of RCD is made, after this it is taken to the INGEYMA LTDA laboratory, where the tests to the gross aggregate of RCD are made; With the results obtained from granulometry and making use of the mixture design used as a standard sample, which was developed by the ACI method with coarse aggregate of natural origin, hydraulic concrete samples are made, substituting coarse aggregate of natural origin for coarse aggregate product of the crushing of RCD in determined percentages of 50%, 75% and 100%, where the resistance to the effort of the compression will be reviewed at 7, 14 and 28 days, likewise the analysis of the information obtained by means of a comparative analysis of the theoretical mechanical properties of the mixture of aggregate concrete of stony origin in relation to the mixture of concrete made with coarse aggregate from the use of RCD, where economic viability is established through the analysis of unit prices APUS , Taking as a principle the Sustainable Construction and the use of the RCD produced in Bogotá D.C.
