Abstract

The present work contains the proposal of a maintenance model design implemented through a software developed in PHP and SQL. For the model design process, information was collected from a sector such as metal mechanics, which would allow us to see the dynamics and the elements involved in maintenance management. Taking the information, a design of a maintenance model was proposed, and as a result of this, software was developed that allowed the interaction of various users in the management of failures, anomalies or other events that were included in the model. The software was developed in an intuitive web environment to use, which is also adaptable to any device (computer, tablet and telephone). In order to validate the operation of the software, it was simulated before experts in the area of ​​maintenance management, a fact that contributed not only to its viability, but also as a basis for future versions of the software.
