Resumen
This text presents different technical areas and fundamentals necessary for understanding the current technical topographical, photographic and scene management or processing of the place of the facts, applied to the reconstruction of traffic accidents, ballistic deaths and other Violent deaths The tools, techniques and equipment used in the investigation and reconstruction of traffic accidents are also mentioned, which is the main focus of the research document. This will allow us to know what procedures and results are achieved with the different manual-electronic measurement equipment and digital reconstruction platforms focused on the forensic field; Allowing to know the evolution of the topography in this field of action, which considers a faster, accurate, efficient, dynamic and illustrative management of the topographic work applied to the forensic reconstruction area and the handling of criminalistic information. The following topography manual applied to the investigation and reconstruction of traffic accidents, seeks to expand the topographic information, methods, techniques; As well as explain necessary concepts in the application of forensic topography. Once the basic and necessary aspects of the criminal investigation for the investigation and reconstruction of traffic accidents are based, the topography methods applied to the traffic accidents are exposed, since topography is the only science that is in charge of the measurement and localization Of objects on the surface of the earth in criminal investigation, measurement on the human body "anthropometry", determination of vertical and horizontal angles, among other vital technical elements in the investigative development of an event contrary to the law. At present research and reconstruction of traffic accidents presents major deficiencies in the studies, techniques, methods and application of procedures in determining distances in relation to the real characteristics of the terrain and physical evidence. Therefore in this constructive project of research, structuring and presentation of results; It is intended to show with an updated manual of topography the different methods, techniques and application of tools in the measurement of distances that allow to clear the deficiency variables that exist in the investigation and reconstruction of traffic accidents.
