Resumen
The objective of this document was to carry out market research for Cosechas de la Sierra S.A.S. which are based on the market in the manufacture and sale of 100% natural conservation products, distributed in large chain supermarkets, being one of the most recognized companies in the area of conservation products in Bogotá; In order to increase its range of products, the desires to make soups and salads and make the delivery in a subscription mode, where the person makes a registration on the page, has your order and schedules the time and day you want that your product (soup and / or salad) arrive. A survey was conducted on 300 people asking various aspects for the feasibility or not of this project, yielding clear results regarding the consumption of food and the address of the food, it is important to keep in mind that people often have to distrust the addresses of food that are not normally sent, such as what is our case, soups and salads, that what you have is more likely to contaminate if there is no more rigorous handling in the asepsis of these. Having as a result non-feasibility in the launch of these new products, we first have to make a strong publicity or a mechanism to generate security for people to make the purchase of these types of products.
