Resumen
For the following article, the goal was to design a mechanism that automates the extraction of the wax-paraffin from a mold, hereafter referred to as muffle, in dental applications. Initially the muffle was designed again because conditioning the existing muffles to an automatic process would not give the desired results, followed by the design of the muffle, the elements necessary for the mechanism were identified. Having the elements to be implemented, it took the field of simulation to have contact with the operation and to select the characteristics of the device in charge of being the "brain" of the mechanism and to look for them among the options of the market. The design and simulation of the mechanism projected the feasibility of the construction of the proposed device, at the operational level the evaluation that is done through the simulation complies with what was proposed, when obtaining the list of elements to use it was shown that the project economically Is viable exclusively for dental laboratories with great production capacity.
