| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia sobre los nuevos reglamentos y tarifas para realizar los cobros de agua, definiendo un valor mensual dependiendo de las pulgadas del tubo que transportará el agua. Todas las personas que paguen anticipadamente sus tarifas recibirán diferentes descuentos del pago final. Todas las personas que quieran renovar sus tuberías al nuevo sistema tendrán una rebaja de la tercera parte del precio presente en la tarifa. La empresa se debe comprometer a reparar gratuitamente las obstrucciones en las cañerías que hayan sido puestas por estos mismos en las instalaciones de las tuberías. Luego de garantizar el funcionamiento de la tubería, cualquier daño que sufran estas, su reparación será cobrada a los inquilinos o dueños de las fincas. El agua suministrada a una casa debe ser usada exclusivamente por estas personas; del contrario, si venden o regalan esta agua, perderán el derecho al suministro de agua. Las familias que no paguen su cuota por 2 meses serán suspendidas del servicio de agua hasta que paguen un año anticipado de las cuotas, sin derecho al descuento.
