Abstract

The image shows a news item in which the result is to call the attention of the government, showing that the population needs to be taken care of by the government, since it is seen that the citizens lack comfort and sanitation. It is expressed that the government has allowed to do different things such as: dirtying the streets and removing the water from the public pipes, making present the different sources of corruption. Although it does not end there, the population is afflicted by things like typhus that has killed without ceasing, and whoever is not sick, is in bed about to die. This is caused by so much pollution in the city. On the other hand, we talk about the problem of the stationary population and immigration. This problem results in the lack of policemen, and the people who are in the positions that use the resources to do other things that are not necessary.
