Modelo de gestión del conocimiento, enmarcado por ITIL, TOGAF y COBIT, mediante una perspectiva conceptual del servicio, para la microempresa “Multimedia Indépendant”

Abstract

The present document presents the development of a knowledge management model, framed by ITIL, TOGAF and COBIT, by means of a conceptual service perspective, for the micro-enterprise “Multimedia Indépendant”, audiovisual media producer in Colombia. The methodological design includes the phases of system definition, problem definition, information collection and model development. The model development includes the sub-phases of model requirements analysis and the model design. The project product is an architectural and mathematical model. The project sub-products are the following: The model diagram, the best practices integration, the quantification, the measurement units, and the meaning of the management indicators, as well as the quantification, the measurement units and the meaning of the model validation indicators.
