Abstract

In the present work, it was identified that the microenterprise Hydraulicars lacks the capacity and tools to make decisions based on the organization's financial information. This has led to decisions being made empirically and intuitively over the years, relying solely on the owner's experience and ignoring the organization's financial situation, resulting in uninformed and more error-prone decision-making. As a result, the project proposes designing a financial dashboard that adapts to the company's characteristics and conditions, summarizing its financial information through financial indicators and charts. This way, the interpretation of results becomes intuitive and practical, turning the dashboard into a support tool for the company's decision-making process.
