Abstract

The image contains news about the decree on the composition of roads, considering: 1st the need to repair communication routes in all parish districts, prisons and buildings intended for schools, in circumstances that the respective funds do not reach allocate the expenses that could cause such objections. 2nd that commerce and education, no less than the relief of the unfortunate prisoners, imperatively demand that subsidiary personal service fulfill the object of their creation for public benefit. 3rd that justice demands that those adjacent to public roads compensate half the value of the chambas and drains that have been opened and repaired with common funds, having a usefulness and positive improvement in their properties whose medians must be paid for by the owners of the neighboring properties.
