Decreto Ejecutivo de Diciembre de 1859 y de liquidación general de los presupuestos de 1860 y 1861

Abstract

The image contains a notice about the Executive Decree on the general liquidation of the Budgets for the service of the years 1860 and 1861, decreed by the Governor of the State of Cundinamarca, in such a way that it is defined to fix the sum of four hundred and seventy-six thousand seven hundred and fifty pesos of the revenue budget for the biennium of 1860 and 18601, defining that the sum of three hundred and seventy nine thousand two hundred and ninety one pesos, twenty cents, of the appropriations of the Budget of expenses for the biennium of 1860 and 1861 must be fixed and it is also mentioned that the general results expressed above are in conformity with the defined liquidation, for the effects of this within the present decree two parts are defined in which the following is stipulated: Part 1: income budget for the biennium of 1860 and 1861 designating the total income. Part 2: budget of expenses for the biennium of 1860 and 1861 with relation to the Legislative Department, Executive, Treasury, State Public Force, post office, miscellaneous expenses. Annexed to the aforementioned part are the accounts for the Judicial Department, including the Superior Court, Public Prosecutor's Office, Circuit Judiciary, prisons.
