Diseño de plan de mantenimiento preventivo para la máquina corrugadora de papel Agnati de la empresa Smurfit Kappa, a partir de un análisis de fallos

Abstract

Since the Smurfit Kappa - Corrugado Bogotá maintenance area seeks to guarantee the reliability of the machines that are part of the company's production process, in search of increased productivity, better production times and shorter unexpected downtimes.The present project seeks in one of the main machines that the Bogotá Plant currently has, such as the Agnati brand corrugator, model S90 from 1995, be applied a methodology that analyzes the history of failures, to do the respective analysis of the data in order to diagnose, classify and create a preventive maintenance plan based on the information collected and analyzed that helps to provide reliability in the operation of this machine so important to the company.With the application of the methodology proposed here, it is intended that it be the beginning of a larger project that guarantees the correct operation of the other machines that are part of the cardboard-based packaging transformation process that the company is currently developing as an activity main economic.
