Resumen
The internship is carried out thinking that currently organizations require suitable personnel to meet their needs and fulfill institutional objectives; Over time the concept of organizational climate has gained strength, allowing organizations to make use of tools to use for the continuous improvement of the work environment. An alternative from environmental management to improve and facilitate the organizational climate is to carry out a diagnosis using tools such as observation, focus groups, interviews and surveys, which allow determining internal factors such as employee behaviors, structures, personnel policy, leadership , culture and make an analysis of external factors such as physical factors, skills, alliances and work environment that directly and indirectly affect the work environment.
