Resumen
The graduation project "Flower and Song" explores the connection between humanity and nature, examining how humanity has strayed from its spiritual essence. Through analysis of the human impact on the natural environment, the author seeks to raise awareness about ecological destruction and the loss of balance. Inspired by the Náhuatl culture, which values both art and nature, the project proposes that art can lead to a deeper understanding of humanity's place in the world.
The artistic installation will include symbols such as the root, the rose, and the circle, highlighting the duality of life and death and the link between humanity and nature. The work seeks to reintegrate the spiritual essence of the Earth into human existence. The author uses recyclable materials to create the symbols, promoting an ethic of preservation and beautifying what is commonly considered "trash." The project also incorporates the colors red and black, which symbolize life and death respectively in the Náhuatl worldview.
