Formulación de un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa de reciclaje en Bogotá D.C. localidades Mártires-Fontibón

Abstract

The present business plan seeks to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the training process of the technology in environmental management and public services course, addressing the themes seen in various areas of our competence. In order to reach this proposal, the prefeasibility studies will be elaborated, being these the main step to verify the viability that has to construct a recycling company in Bogotá D.C. Renacer ambiental S.A.S. will be the name that this company will have in the process of constitution, its functions will be the collection, transportation, treatment and adequate disposal of the recyclable material (plastic, cardboard, paper and glass), which, since they are not disposed and treated environment and social problems. The material will be obtained directly from the commercial zones of the city, taking as reference the town of Martyrs (UPZ the savannah) and taken to the company that is located in the town of Fontibón; The plastic and glass obtained will be submitted to processes to be reincorporated into the production cycle, which will allow us to provide a quality product or raw material; on the other hand the paper and cardboard will be separated and compacted for later sale to the different companies in charge of its processing and that demand these materials. The formulation of this business plan offers great expectations as to the economic profitability of the project, as a whole to the impact it has directly on health, environment, landscape, society and other conditions; which makes it propitious to venture with ideas like these in a sector that is taking great strength as is the recycling.
