Sistema de Información Web para la Gestión de Información Vial, Salud y Educación del Observatorio Social de la Localidad de Ciudad Bolívar

Abstract

The development of this project aims to create a channel of communication between the mayor of the town Ciudad Bolivar and its inhabitants through the implementation of information technology, currently the mayor does not have a technological means to promote and share the management carried out in the areas of education, health and roads aimed at locals, this interaction takes place when people come to the offices of the entity for the information found in physical files, so they do not get the impact they desire in the population. At issue with the creation of social observatory in Ciudad Bolivar is the systematization of relevant project information contained in the physical files that are handled in the state in the areas of health, roads and education, it will be defined as an application on a web environment to allow access to its users to easily and from anywhere. Therefore officials from the mayor may register the information of the projects are carried out in the web application and the locals have available at all times for consultation information will also be measuring the management of the mayor in each area with statistical graphics and reporting forms will have needs that need attention in the case of roads.
