Resumen
This project proposes the preparation of a enterprise architecture design, for the processing of administrative acts with the human talent department in a company that has more than 10,000 employees and that focuses its main activity on the provision of services in the sector of Health. The proposal is made based on the need that arises in the area of managing human talent to speed up the execution times of its activities and to extend the coverage of its services to more collaborators. To this end, the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) methodology will be taken as reference framework; As a result, a design will be obtained that will guide the management of human talent services through the implementation of a process aligned with the organization's strategy, which will optimize and strengthen the technological operation according to the needs of the operational processes of the organization area.
