Abstract

The computational technology is present in the most business organizations, of the public organizations, and so on; That technology helps to give support to the organizations for these can be able to approach in the accomplishment of their goals and objectives. At the same time, the organizations being big have a significant number of computer equipment, and the organizations have work teams working in keeping working that equipments and their associated technologies. In this paper is presented a telematics system to the management, process control of deployment and software configuration in client’s machines. That system is based in the set of good practices of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), focused at the phases of service design, transition and operation.
