Resumen
The multipurpose cadastre is understood as a tool that allows to identify, characterize and accurately measure the properties that make up the territory (CONPES 3859, 2016), within this, the provision of the cadastral management public service is essential for its effective implementation; With this, responsibilities are acquired with the users and municipalities to which the service will be provided, among these, to provide them with effective attention and in the best possible way, in this sense, the need to implement tools that contribute to said purpose is presented, this to through interoperability between cadastre registry. Taking into account that the Cundinamarca Cadastral Agency suffers from the aforementioned and this also limits its provision of the service as a cadastral manager, the development of this project is necessary; This will provide an analysis of the script developed by the ACC for the effective and efficient storage in its databases of the information coming from the IT and technology offices of the Superintendency of Notaries and Registry, seeking to achieve a minimum monthly update of the different mutations presented by the properties of the municipalities belonging to the jurisdiction of said cadastral manager. On the other hand, it seeks to comply with the different products necessary for good interoperability, with which the different knowledge acquired throughout the semesters can be put into practice, such as concepts and cadastral processes, statistics, which will allow verifying the proper functioning of the developed tool and different programming bases and databases that will give an optimal result. Additionally, the internship developed topics that, through technologies, materialize essential processes for the multipurpose cadastre, which represents a new opportunity for the curricular project of Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy, to lead academic activities that allow a close relationship with innovative advances. of the multipurpose cadastre. Likewise, for the Francisco José de Caldas District University, this internship is of vital importance, since it allows to generate a new link with the ACC, positioning itself as a leading academy in terms of multipurpose cadastre. Likewise, this project is essential for the interns directly because of the learning opportunity it represents, allowing the application of the various knowledge acquired in the past semesters, identifying the various topics related to the tastes of each one, in addition to allowing a first approach to working life. In the same way, the interns will indirectly benefit from the acquisition of new work skills and professional and personal growth, obtaining a more real vision of the current labor field. Finally, both the interoperability of cadastral and registry information and the adoption of the LADM-COL model will give way to the correct implementation of the multipurpose cadastre, which implies the strengthening of the territorial capacities of our country.
