Elementos constitutivos de un barrio digital como apoyo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible, caso de estudio: barrio Olaya - Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

Currently, geospatial technologies play an important role in society in general, which also leads to digital cities, up to the integration of new technologies and society creating Smart Cities or Smart Cities, which aim to give a greater benefit to the community in favor of a better quality of life. In this sense, this project seeks to identify the most relevant aspects of the neighborhood's problems in the territory that comprises it, while still contemplating the social sphere and using technology as a means and not as an end. Based on the above, it is intended to determine the constituent elements of the Digital District, in such a way that they serve as support to the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Likewise, a model to be followed in the integration of digital technologies in neighborhoods is established, which can be applied in different cities of Colombia, with the aim that this can be implemented as part of public policies and contribute to better planning of the territory.
