Abstract

The present qualitative monograph, aims to serve as a tool in the pursuit of continuous improvement of the quality of higher education by the university, within the framework of high quality accreditation, the work is aimed at improving the results obtained in the probe tests pro, by the students of the environmental administration program, through the implementation of strategies, such as the determination of the methodology, structure of the test, the questions, under the identification of some essential elements such as the context, enunciation and options of response, to subsequently carry out the construction of the items, and apply pilot proofs in writing or online, in order to generate added value and greater performance of the competences developed and applied in the saber pro tests, as well as the recognition of the future graduates and the university.
