La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la información que brinda el señor síndico referente a la inspección que se realiza en Santa Bárbara, además de esto también se menciona la visita al juez 1°, al juez 2° y el juez 3° cada una por un síndico diferente. En la visita la inspección de policía de Santa bárbara se le pide además del informe referente a los funcionarios, el informe sobre todos los libros referentes a las crónicas de orden y aseo, al igual que se examina el armamento y los sumarios que se siguen contra algunos individuos.
