Resumen
During this broadcast, the Mocoano lawyer and poet Luis Alfredo Castro shared his experiences and passion for poetry and the culture of Putumayo. He presented his first book of poems, Responses on Parchment, published in 2005 and distributed at the Bogotá Book Fair. In addition, he highlighted his participation in literary events such as the Sibundoy Poetry Festival and reflected on the importance of rescuing cultural traditions through writing and singing.
The poet called on departmental and municipal authorities to establish an editorial fund that facilitates the publication of literary works, considering the associated costs and the current scarce support. He also presented previews of his next book, which will include sonnets, free poetry and an ecological poem about the Amazon.
The program concluded by highlighting the need to strengthen cultural access in the region and thanking listeners for their active participation in this space, which continues to be a bridge between the community and its leaders.
