Diseño del Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial de la Empresa Kuehne Nagel SAS

Abstract

This document records the results of the Strategic Road Safety Plan design for the Kuehne Nagel SAS company, which was carried out to fulfill the obligations established in Resolution 1565 of 2014 of the Ministry of Transport. The project was developed in three phases: The first phase where the project planning was organized, updating the legal matrix, the risk assessment matrix and internal procedures. Likewise, a survey was conducted to gather data on the population about the perception of road safety in their daily lives. The second phase of application type where the road safety committee was implemented, its management was supported and the guidelines for its operation were given. And the last phase also of an application type, personnel were trained, the results of the applied surveys were evaluated and control measures were designed in order to fulfill the objectives proposed by the normative framework.
