Abstract

The high-quality standards at a delivered product (software) are essential in order to satisfy the client requirements and needs, to reduce the operational cost, to optimize the existent process in a company and to increase the company competitiveness, guarantee the highest trust level and credibility in users and other stakeholders on technology projects. Considering the previously named, it is pretending in this project to design a Software Quality Assurance on Upload Module for Bank Depositary Files in a financial company sector*, based on defined alignments by ISTQB methodology (ISQI, 2010), recognized certification as a reference in Software Quality process since 1998 (ISEB, 1998). ISTQB appears in 2002 as a committee confirmed by eight countries: Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Holland and the United Kingdom. It is purpose is the continued improvement in software testing profession through knowledge base definition and maintenance provided to testers being certified at best practices (www.istqb.org). With the model is pretending to provide a solution that allows reducing the number of defects and issues presented at Upload Module for Bank Depositary Files production environment.
