Abstract

The present project aims to propose an improvement plan for the needs of the production line in operating times to increase productivity and efficiency in the fashion trousers line at PERMODA LTDA, dedicated to the manufacture of clothing for men and women; This project seeks to contribute to the strengthening of productive activities and maintain the leadership of the segment in the market. The methodology used in this project is applied in the production area on the line fashion pants and is sustained through various techniques and research instruments; by Through time taking, plant reports and visits to the plant, these techniques serve to identify the most relevant causes that impede productivity compliance desired by the company. As a final result, an improvement plan is proposed, this management tool allows propose viable and successful alternatives that help to improve and optimize their resources, the same that are used correctly, acquiring high levels of efficiency which will cause the company to be more productive and competitive in the market.
