Resumen
The objective of this report, developed from the internships carried out at the HOMO LUDEN'S CORPORATION, is to highlight the importance of human resources, especially at the tactical level, as a strategic organ in the general administration of the company, proposed according to the work by Henry Fayol (1916) "Industrial and General Administration, and the importance of the full realization of the human dimensions allowing the best execution of the functions in the positions within the companies, one of these instruments that allows to reach the evolution in the Human dimensions is Sport, since it encompasses the development of various human dimensions. The procedure used was the descriptive methodology through direct observation, which gave rise to the D.O.F.A analysis and generated clear strategies to improve the execution of the general processes of the company and the service provided.
Descripción
El objetivo del presente informe, desarrollado a partir de las pasantías hechas en la CORPORACION HOMO LUDEN´S, es resaltar la importancia del recurso humano, en especial a nivel táctico, como órgano estratégico en la administración general de la empresa, planteada según la obra de Henry Fayol (1916) “Administración Industrial y General, y la importancia de la realización en plenitud de las dimensiones humanas permitiendo la mejor ejecución de las funciones en los cargos dentro de la empresas, uno de estos instrumentos que permite alcanzar la evolución en las dimensiones humanas es el Deporte, ya que abarca el desarrollo de varias dimensiones humanas. El procedimiento utilizado fue la metodología descriptiva por medio de la observación directa, que dio origen al análisis D.O.F.A y generaron estrategias claras para mejorar la ejecución de los procesos generales de la empresa y el servicio prestado.
