Multiservices LAMH SAS is a company dedicated to repair and maintenance founded in 2016. Although it is a new company, with little time in the market, your administrative management has been adequate and has established it in this as one of the best automotive workshops in the city, where government institutions have established service contracts with it for the repair of its automotive fleet. As a result of this growth, there has been a significant increase in solid waste generation and, thereafter, it is necessary that the company requires its environmental organization, where it complies with current regulations and environmental guidelines that make this an efficient and environmentally sound manager Sustainable. Therefore, it is important to establish a mechanism to control solid waste generation and therefore the PGIRS was formulated, with the aim of acting appropriately with respect to the management of these, applying the necessary tools to make a correct separation at the source, this being the most important step within the comprehensive solid waste management. This project was carried out under qualitative research, where where it was analyzed the existing documentation, in addition to that provided by the company's staff, to know the real problem and be able to determine the possible solutions to carry out the PGIRS. To this end, a number of quartet were made to identify the waste that the company generates and that is not separating properly. And with the above a total of 5 programmes were established to address the inconveniences found after the characterization of the waste.
