Formulación del plan de manejo ambiental en C.D.A. Controlautos del Gualiva Villeta S.A.S.

Abstract

The technical-mechanical and gas review of automotive vehicles is destined to be one of the main instruments in the reduction of road accident in Colombia and in the improvement of the air quality of our cities; this helps to keep the vehicles in adequate technical-mechanical conditions and to control the pollution levels of the exhaust gases originated by the use of the different vehicular fuels available in our environment. The fact that this works is due to the good functioning of the CDA`s (Automotive Diagnostic Centers). In the department of Cundinamarca, in the municipality of Villeta is the CDA Controlautos del Gualiva Villeta, this entity is in charge of carrying out the Technical-Mechanical Review and the analysis of the polluting emissions to motorcycle vehicles, light and heavy, that reside in the sector or transit through the municipality to different parts of the country. Within the stages of the process is: the reception of the vehicle, review of identification documents, inspection of the different systems (mechanical, electrical, brakes, among others), where different tests or activities are carried out for the taking of samples that reflect the general state of the vehicle, finally the process is concluded, with the report that relates the results obtained, this leads to the waste and other contaminants that are present in the process affecting not only the workers but the community near the CDA. In order to analyze this problem will be a research and identification of those consequences that cause it, and what could be the environmental measures to take into account to establish the environmental management plan, whose purpose is to minimize the environmental impacts caused in the process of the technical-mechanical review and comply with the legal regulations in force in Colombia that apply to the department of Cundinamarca.
