The Most Illustrious Archbishop of Bogota responds that the freedom of teaching granted to teachers is not reconciled with respect for the religious beliefs of the students and the Catholic doctrines that should be taught by the religion teacher. The need to avoid conflicts and contradictions between the teachings of the different teachers is mentioned and it is emphasized that no doctrine that is opposed to the doctrines of the Church will ever be taught.

El Ilustrísimo señor Arzobispo de Bogotá responde que la libertad de enseñanza concedida a los profesores no se concilia con el respeto a las creencias religiosas de los alumnos y las doctrinas católicas que debería enseñar el profesor de religión.
