Abstract

In the work internship done is I seek to determine what the conditions of physical infrastructure, human resources and welfare that offers the Specialization in Management of Educational Projects Institutional EGPEI in order to provide the minimum conditions for the operation of specialization are and to guarantee the provision of specialized educational service of high quality, according to the institutional mission and vision. in this respect it was found that the greatest weakness in this regard is that the headquarters of postgraduates Avenue City of Quito has an infrastructure deficit by the standards of the Colombian Society of Architecture, also a deficit in the budget for academic process and linking teacher plant. hence a graduate transfer to headquarters where Paiba Aduanilla significantly improves the infrastructure deficit and a significant surplus m2 / student is obtained becomes necessary.
