Abstract

In this document the design and implementation of a policy remote access to the network of research RITA, based on ISO 27001 and developed a methodology based on the practices of management information services ITIL in its version three presents , which will allow students, teachers or researchers from the University District to access the network without having to visit the campus.

To reach the objective of implementation of the policy, a tool that acts as the VPN server was used to carry out the implementation of the policy, through which the remote link is created, using public networks (Internet) as a means to establish the connection, so you can enter the network. Using the remote connection makes the rules and procedures defined in the policy are accepted, this in order to preserve and safeguard the information and services available within the RITA network.
