dc.description	La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" El hospital de San Juan de Dios esta colocado contra todas la reglas de la salubridad púbica, en el centro mismo de la cuidad, en un edificio apenas adaptado para el uso a que se le ha venido destinando, durante largos años. Las personas entendidas en la materia, consideran que lejos de corresponder al objeto que debe llenar hoy un hospital, es un verdadero y constante foco de infección, por el modo como esta colocado y por sus condiciones de aireación, provisión de aguas y vecindades".
