| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Acuerdo N° 1 de 1894 y el Decreto N° 20 de 1894, los cuales regulaban la fijación de impresos en lugares públicos en Bogotá. El Acuerdo N° 1 prohibía la colocación de hojas sueltas, avisos impresos o manuscritos en lugares no autorizados, estableciendo lugares específicos como muros de puentes, edificios, columnas o kioscos. Además, requería obtener licencia del Alcalde para fijar cada edición. Por otro lado, el Decreto N° 20 autorizaba la construcción de kioscos y columnas para la fijación de los papeles mencionados en el Acuerdo N° 1 bajo el mando del ingeniero municipal. También establecía que los gastos de la ejecución del Decreto se cubrirían con fondos del impuesto establecido por el acuerdo, y se aplicaría una multa por contravenciones.
