The image contains a news item about defending the Manager of the Bogotá Aqueduct, Ramón B. Jimeno, and the Company he directs, from criticism for the irregularity of the water service in the city. It is argued that the problems are not attributable to the Company, but to the current situation of the Aqueduct, and that Jimeno has worked hard to regularize the water supply.
