La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la: "Escuelas de Niñas de esta ciudad. Sueldos de preceptores", trata sobre el cierre de la escuela pública de niñas de la capital hasta que se consiga un local para abrirla de nuevo, menciona las nuevas condiciones para los preceptores. De igual forma, el inventario de útiles, muebles, enseres, la disposición de las tesorerías de los distritos, los sueldos.
