Resumen
This thesis presents a methodology for the purpose of establishing a strategy, to design a mechanism for collecting data related to the balance of a person in a static and bi-pedestal position. This data is taken using a graphical user interface, which is connected to a WII Balance Board platform through a bluetooth interface that implements the L2CAP protocol (Protocol for control and adaptation of the logical link). The platform has four (4) extensiometric gauges that allow the user to determine the Plantar Pressure Center (COP) based on the force exerted on them. The COP in this case is estimated using a mathematical approach based on the law of universal gravitation, which emulates the attraction of a particle to the field with greater gravitational force.
